Every day, I am profoundly grateful to do a job that I truly love. Moving from the Midwest to New Orleans, I was already aware of the city's enchantment, but when I experienced my first second line parade, I was captivated beyond measure. Each ceremony, every parade, and every first dance continues to leave me speechless, reminding me of the unique magic that New Orleans, and wedding celebrations hold. I am sincerely thankful that you are considering Spanish Oak Events and deeply honored that you are thinking of working with our team. As the Owner and Principal Planner, I am so passionate about the intricate details and the wonderful people that contribute to a flawless wedding. Building relationships with my clients is my top priority. It would be all of our honor to be a part of the joy that is your day.

-Becky Lampp (and my Doggies Chip, Salsa and Margarita)

After hosting my own wedding in New Orleans I could not be happier to be partnered with Spanish Oak Events managing and operating four wedding venues, BK House & Gardens, Marigny Opera House, NOAC Events, and Pitot House.

My experience comes from a decade of time devoted to theater and galas. My family consider ourselves ‘bicoastal’ between New Orleans and New York, and we both love the production that is events. Details are my forte, and I always look for the moments that make the memories you hold onto forever.

I come from Oregon, but feel New Olreans has always been in my blood. I am a hopeless romantic (shh that’s a secret) and I often think about the ways love changes us, and asks us to grow and dream in new ways.

I have always loved weddings! The visual beauty of a thoughtfully curated ceremony and reception is artistic perfection! Event days for me include rocking a timeline, cheering on our couples, and most likely getting all those special BTS shots for the couples after.

-Zoomz Downard, Lead Planner Extraordinaire

Owning my own Marketing and PR Firm, Spanish Oak Events came to me to handle all Social Media and PR. I have loved working with the whole team, and really sharing their love of events, and dedication to diversity and inclusivity in all they do.

If you cannot find me onsite with the SOE team, I am working hard for my other clients, or spending time with my wonderful family. I am a lover of all things local and New Orleans, especially glitter!

-Caroline Parrone, Caroline Rosa Marketing

Some may call me Becky’s ‘Better Half’ but I know that she is truly my Better Half. I work full time in Oil & Gas in Alaska, but when I am home I am lucky to work with the Spanish Oak Events Team!

If you see me on event day, my duties include but are not limited to: ironing linens, measuring the distance of a chair from the table, and carrying heavy stuff. I love seeing the team succeed and helping my wife when I can.
